Private Ronald Victor Bacca received the Purple Heart for his service in Vietnam. According to the Virtual Wall, Private Bacca was one of 16 Marines killed while defending Hill 22, an area south of the Tuy Loan River in Lai Châu province, from the Viet Cong on the 30th of October.
