I found a place other than the virtual wall where I can tell everyone how much I love and miss you. I did a segment with a local TV news program to let them know that more fallen soldiers need their pictures found for the museum. I was proud to share your story. I love and miss you ever single day.

How has the loss of your parent impacted your family?
I never had a father. When I was a child growing up I was almost embarrassed to tell people I had a father who died in Vietnam. The war was considered bad, so therefore in my young child eyes, HE was bad. It took me a lot of years to realize that wasn't true.
Please share a funny story about your parent.
He used to laugh at my toddler antics and I guess he was totally in love with me.
What did you love most about your parent?
I have no memory of my dad, but he sacrificed his life for me and my brother.
What did your parent bring to your family?
honor
What do you miss most about your parent?
I never knew him.
What has been the greatest challenge since the loss of your parent?
Not having a father in my life. It impacts me to this day.
